Charmain holds a Master’s degree in English and is the writer in our business. She’s also a screenwriter, filmmaker, and creative storyteller, bringing powerful narratives to life. In addition, she has extensive experience as a K-12 educator and college professor.

Lulu, on the other hand, has spent over 20 years in customer service across multiple industries. With experience in graphic design and print production, she developed a keen eye for detail, ensuring high-quality visuals and branding. In addition, Lulu is an elementary school educator, bringing creativity and passion to the classroom.
